Stimulant products like Lipodrene® and Fastin® should not be stacked with each other or with caffeine from other sources. 400 mg of total caffeine a day is the ceiling for most healthy adults. Each label caps continuous use at 8 weeks and carries a blood pressure warning. Anyone on medication or managing a health condition should talk to a doctor first before taking them.
